On the occasion of the closing of the exhibition "Of earth and breath, Clay whistles from Sarthe and Europe", ceramicists Patricia Pérez and Lucie Becuwe will be present for demonstrations of whistle-making. They craft on the wheel "cuckoos", bird-shaped whistles, as Ludovic Barbé (1872-1952) did, the last "bimbelotier-turlotier" potter of Sarthe. Pierre Catanès, a specialist on the subject and collector of whistles, lender and co-curator of the exhibition
