How it works

How to become a Creator Partner

1Check your Instagram account
We read your follower count with Instagram’s official tool to work out your prices. Nothing is posted or changed on your account, and you don’t need to add any link to your profile.
2Your billing details
SIRET, IBAN and VAT. You never have to issue an invoice: OuChiner issues them in your name and emails them to you.
3Accept the terms and confirm
Then you make your requests from your Creator area; OuChiner replies within 7 days.

From request to payment

1You request a story or a video, at your tier’s price.
2OuChiner replies within 7 days; if it accepts, the price is locked.
3You post within the stated time, with the required disclosure and your link.
4You upload the proof here; OuChiner checks it within 3 working days.
5You are paid within 7 days of approval, with the invoice issued in your name.

How much

The rate card

The price of a post depends on your Instagram account's follower count. It's fixed and non-negotiable, and OuChiner reviews every request; on acceptance, it is locked at the tier of the lowest follower count recorded between the request, the acceptance and the previous 30 days.

Prices excl. VAT, per post. For a video, a quarter of the price pays for OuChiner’s right to republish it for 12 months. The programme doesn’t apply above 100,000 followers.

After each approved post, your profile joins the OuChiner ambassador selection, on the home page and the Ambassadors page: 6 months after a story, 1 year after a video. No link needed in your bio: just tick the box in your Creator area.

What you post

The rules for a post

OuChiner only checks these points — never your taste or your style. Every purchase order lists them.

•The label “Ad”, first: on every story frame, and on screen and at the very start of a video’s caption, together with Instagram’s “Paid partnership” label. For a French-speaking audience: “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale”.
•You talk about the OuChiner app (free on iPhone and Android) and show it on screen.
•You mention the @ouchiner.official account.
•Your personal download link (ouchiner.com/app?c=…): as a link sticker on a story; in a video’s caption, shared the same day by a story with this link as a sticker.
•A story is public — never limited to your close friends — and stays visible for at least 24 hours.
•A video stays online for at least 30 days.
•You post from the Instagram account you registered, not from another account.
•No child under 16 as the subject, and the consent of anyone recognisable: in a shop, that of the shop owner being filmed; at an event, the organiser’s rules.
•Everything else — style, format, setting, staging — is up to you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to put a link in my bio?+

No. There’s no link to add to your Instagram profile. When you sign up, you confirm that the account is yours, and your first post proves it: a video verified on your account, or the “Paid partnership” request it sends to OuChiner and that OuChiner approves.

Who can sign up?+

Anyone aged 18 or over with a public Instagram professional account (Creator or Business) of up to 100,000 followers, and a business registered in France with an active SIRET number — a micro-entreprise is enough. Creators whose business is based outside France can’t sign up yet.

How much am I paid, and when?+

The rate-card price for your follower count; it is locked in when OuChiner accepts your request. You’re paid by bank transfer within 7 days of your post being approved, with no fees or commission. OuChiner issues the invoice in your name and sends it to you: you have nothing to invoice.

Do I have to appear on camera?+

No, that’s entirely up to you. No job requires you to show your face or use your voice: only the app has to be shown on screen. Style, format, setting and posting day are up to you, within the deadline on the purchase order.

What if my post isn’t right?+

OuChiner only checks what the purchase order asks for, within 3 working days. If something is missing, you have 48 hours to fix it. With no reply within that time, the post is approved automatically, except in the cases set out in the terms (your first story, in particular). If OuChiner rejects a post that does meet the purchase order, half the price is still due to you.

What does OuChiner do with my videos?+

They stay on your account. OuChiner may republish them, non-exclusively, for 12 months on its accounts, website, apps and emails, crediting your username: 25% of a video’s price pays for this right, shown separately on the invoice. OuChiner never pays to sponsor them.

Can I stop whenever I want?+

Yes. You send requests whenever you like, with no minimum. To leave the programme, email [email protected] or delete your account: a post already delivered goes through to the end, and you’re paid for it if it’s approved.
