About
During the Belle Époque, at Saint Nicholas and Christmas, the house was filled with children. Charles, his brothers and sisters, his cousins would gather at their Bonne-Maman's to share these festivities. From December 2nd onwards, the Birthplace takes on its festive attire to give you a taste of Christmas in the 19th century. Johan Hennart, an antiques dealer from Lille known notably as a buyer on the television show "Affaire conclue", will be in charge of decorating the house for the holidays.
